Holiday Orphans

I want to extend my heartfelt bows, prayers, and warmest hugs to two people who rocked my little boat in the best way on Sunday. Kristi and Flint.

I had the most amazing time with you two, talking for hours, while Spatula raced around the house, having food and wondering how hungover our friends were..(that's Spatula's wondering, not US; no, no..)

and after dashing out to be with mom for a few hours, coming back in the later evening to find the house FILLED with piles of people, in various states of laughing, relaxed, passed out (Limbo!) and giggling. Meeting new folks (whaa?! I thought I'd met everybody by now!)

Thank you for opening your home. Since I've now replaced the toilet paper on the roll while I was doin my bidness, I feel like I'm a part of the household already.

Cheerios my dearios,
Promise

We had a wonderful time with you too, darlin! Actually we felt quite smug about having you all to ourselves for hours while waiting for Kevin's party to wake up and come on over.

To all of the folks who made xmas day special to me by coming over and spending time with us ... THANK YOU! I was so honored that you chose to spend part of the holidays at our home and felt so lucky that you consider us WORTHY of your amazing company!

    *prrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr*

    mo' please!

Aww, shucks, thank you much, ma'am. It was good to have spent some grand quality time with you. I noticed that you did leave some stuff here. You're moving in, right?

Sorry I missed your party - better communication on attendee arrivals would help next time. xo

Yep. It's all your fault Flint and Kristie for not telling her when to come to avoid the people she doesn't want to see. Shame on you.

Guys, it was such a fun party. Thanks for having us over. I enjoyed seeing everyone and meeting the new people. And really enjoyed the lovely people who let me rub them. Thanks, Red Hot, Luscious, Thea, and Kitty. I also loved the fact that everyone was so comfortable and got along so well together. It really felt like the holidays should feel, in my opinion.

<looks both ways carefully before crossing the street>

well, I too had a good time, it was great to get to spend some time with some of my peeps! not to mention a few new faces, and a good handful of people who remember meeting me, but I've no recollection of meeting them...

gotta stop doing that....or at least gotta figure out a way to have an excuse for doing it.

thank you again to Flint and Kristi!!

No blame laying was made in my statement. Interesting how you manage to manipulate meaning to belittle and patronize - yet again.
